Attorney Scott Robertson has handled personal injury cases since 1993. In addition to being named “Best Lawyer” in both local community magazines, Scott Robertson has received many other honors. Laura Robertson began the practice of law in 2000 and joined Robertson & Robertson, Accident & Injury Attorneys, in 2009. Her practice focuses solely on personal injury cases. Laura is well-known for her thorough preparation of a case and strong advocacy for her clients. She shares the firm’s commitment to the community, having served on the boards of the Wor-Wic Community College Foundation, the Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service, and as the Safe Sanctuaries Chair for Trinity United Methodist Church. Attorney Amy L. Taylor has practiced personal injury and insurance claims law since 2009. A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Taylor was and executive with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for several years before pursuing her passion for legal advocacy. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of law in 2008, clerked for Judge Daniel M. Long of the Circuit Court for Somerset County, and worked with acclaimed personal injury attorney James L. Otway for 12 years before joining Robertson & Robertson in 2021. Paralegal David Graybill, a graduate of Penn State University, was an insurance claims adjuster for 26 years, including 24 years with Nationwide Insurance, before joining our professional staff in 2015.
