From the moment we walked into their office to the regretful (that our wonderful meetings together were over) last goodbye we experienced nothing but sincere and continued compassion and caring. Mr. Robertson made us feel that he had all the bases covered, and he did! He was always available to answer any concerns or questions and, in the end, far exceeded our greatest expectations.
